TECH-NO!-LOGY
By: Ryel Christian M. Medina
We are assigned to choose one dilemna here and imagine something that would stop it. Instead of choosing one, I chose two because my choices are connected with each other. Since we were in High School, my Robotics teacher always tell us that here in the Philippines, we really lack technology and productivity.
While thinking of a solution to the said problem, many things came out of my mind like is it the technology that is lacking or there is a lack in resources? Who is responsible on making our technology on its best?
First of all, it’s not the technology that is lacking, it’s the resources. From the materials used in the production of new technology, we are really unfortunate though sometimes, few outputs of technology here in our country are successful.
The one who is responsible for our lack of productivity and technology is the government. They should think of a program that would increase our productivity and high technology rate.
I’m thinking of a program that would make our technology and productivity on its peak. I'm planning of making an appeal to the government to support people who are interested to the productivity of technology. They should give atleast 30% of the government’s income to it. If that happens, more new high technology equipments and tools would be created and it would result to easier and more convenient living.
It’s really hard to change anything from the cycle but as it happens, we could prevent it. Remember, prevention is way better than cure.
